Ninelotto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ninelotto platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the ninelotto platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ninelotto. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date of the current terms is stated at the end of this document.

The ninelotto platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties without prior written consent from ninelotto is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access ninelotto's full range of services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone.
• Notify ninelotto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All activities carried out through your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

Ninelotto shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

By using the ninelotto platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities. You agree not to:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or identity impersonation.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system in a manner that contravenes the stated promotion terms.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
• Compromising the security or integrity of the ninelotto platform by any technical means.
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to play using your account.

Ninelotto reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the ninelotto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods approved by ninelotto, including but not limited to TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and bank transfers via FPX.

Important terms relating to financial transactions:

• All successful deposits are non-refundable once credited to your gaming account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to ninelotto's assessment.
• Ninelotto reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed specified limits.
• All bonuses received are subject to the wagering requirements specified separately in the relevant promotion terms.
• Ninelotto reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud or a breach of its terms.

All transaction disputes must be reported to ninelotto within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Ninelotto makes no guarantee that the platform will operate continuously without interruption, errors, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ninelotto is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or software errors beyond ninelotto's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment providers or game suppliers.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy: ninelotto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for reasons of security and legal compliance. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, except in cases of confirmed fraud.

Intellectual Property: All content on the ninelotto platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of ninelotto or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links: The ninelotto platform may contain links to third-party websites. ninelotto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. You access any third-party website at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Ninelotto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.

This document and all disputes arising from it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ninelotto operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution authority.
